ABOUT HORIZON HEALTH
Horizon Health is a licensed outpatient addiction treatment clinic serving adults throughout Seattle and Shoreline. Our compassionate team provides individual therapy, group counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and court-ordered treatment in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
We recognize that recovery looks different for everyone. That’s why our clinicians work closely with detox centers, hospitals, probation officers, and community partners to ensure every client receives the care and guidance they need.
We accept Medicaid insurance and offer fast intake appointments for new patients seeking addiction or mental health support.

Our Services
Outpatient Addiction Treatment
Outpatient addiction treatment for adults in the Seattle and Shoreline area. Includes individual counseling, group therapy, relapse prevention, and case management. Medicaid accepted. Now accepting new patients.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured outpatient program offering multiple weekly groups and individual counseling for addiction recovery. Ideal for clients needing extra support while living at home. Serving Seattle & Shoreline. Medicaid accepted.
Group Therapy
Weekly group counseling sessions focused on addiction recovery, emotional regulation, coping skills, and relapse prevention. Groups are led by licensed clinicians and designed to support long-term recovery.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one counseling tailored to each client’s needs. Includes addiction counseling, mental health support, trauma-informed therapy, and relapse-prevention planning.
Mental Health Counseling
Personalized therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and co-occurring disorders. Our clinicians use evidence-based methods to support emotional and behavioral health.
Psychiatric Evaluations
Comprehensive psychiatric assessments for clients seeking diagnostic clarification or medication support. Telehealth and in-person evaluations available.
Medication Management
Ongoing monitoring and medication support by our psychiatric provider. Ensures safety, stability, and effectiveness of treatment. Includes follow-up appointments and care coordination.
Court-Ordered Treatment
Treatment for clients referred by courts, probation officers, or attorneys. Includes counseling, progress reports, compliance tracking, and verification letters.
Case Management
Support with housing, employment, transportation, and connection to community resources. Our team collaborates with detox centers, hospitals, and probation officers to meet each client’s needs.
Telehealth Services
Secure online therapy and psychiatric care for adults across Washington.
Offers individual counseling, addiction treatment, mental health sessions, and medication management through HIPAA-compliant video visits.
A flexible option for clients with transportation barriers or busy schedules. Medicaid accepted.
