Case management provides clients with ongoing support outside of therapy sessions. Our case managers help clients access community resources, coordinate care across providers, navigate legal or court requirements, and address practical needs such as housing, transportation, employment, and healthcare. This service helps clients build stability while working toward long-term recovery.
