ABOUT HORIZON HEALTH
Horizon Health is a licensed outpatient addiction treatment clinic serving adults throughout Seattle and Shoreline. Our compassionate team provides individual therapy, group counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and court-ordered treatment in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
We recognize that recovery looks different for everyone. That’s why our clinicians work closely with detox centers, hospitals, probation officers, and community partners to ensure every client receives the care and guidance they need.
We accept Medicaid insurance and offer fast intake appointments for new patients seeking addiction or mental health support.

At Horizon Health, our mission is to provide high-quality, accessible mental health and outpatient addiction treatment to adults throughout Seattle and Shoreline, Washington. We are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that supports individuals facing addiction, mental health challenges, or co-occurring disorders.
We work to remove barriers to treatment by partnering with detox centers, hospitals, probation officers, and community providers to ensure every client receives the support, counseling, and resources they need. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, stigma-free environment where every person can achieve meaningful recovery and long-term well-being.
Our vision is a community where every individual has the opportunity to overcome addiction, improve their mental health, and rebuild their lives—regardless of income, background, or circumstance.
Horizon Health aims to be a leading provider of outpatient addiction treatment and mental health services in the Seattle area, expanding access to Medicaid-covered care and setting the standard for inclusive, client-centered recovery. We envision a future where no one is left behind and where every person can access the treatment, therapy, and support needed to thrive.
